If and only if you are right that Citi, GS and Virtu still have over 50 million shares in surplus with an average price of 75c, then this P&D is not over yet. The sp will be pumped again higher than the high of the Buying Climax (see the 2 previous P&D I identify in my post #:79104542 above) for them to dump that surplus.
