I just want to be clear about something, I'm not suggesting this P&D is all about shorting, it just so happens that shorters jump on for the rides from the peaks. P&D's are usually for snotty nosed insto's looking for quick 20-30 % and their monthly bonuses.
All we need to do is identify it and jump on the ride as well and grab 10-15% and all will be happy.
