When you've had long conversations on the phone with people that did attend the AGM and other meetings, then it is fairly safe to say you know the gist of what happened. My proxy was counted because I also went to the Xcend website and registered there. Others filled out a proxy form and sent it to someone to vote on their behalf. Yes, they have to be registered, but the person spoke to someone at Xcend and was told it could be done the day of at the meeting. They didn't need to pre-register the proxies - which ended up being a lie - and those proxies were not able to be used at the AGM. This ended up affecting the outcome of several Resolutions as the voting was close and those proxies would have made a difference.
