i heard that is how the law works. if the overall outcome is ok, then the initial act is seen as a 'white lie' of sorts??
If I insider trade, it's ok as long as I make a loss? or should I be prosecuted either way?
if the massive debt loading on FMG breaks it's back (not saying it will), does that then make it pursuable in the future once those buying on the wrong pretext of sealed contracts are making a capital loss on a purchase at that point?
DC, you seem to have an interesting view of how the legal system should operate
other more shady directors.... yes, unless they prosecute the little guys we should let the people playing with Billions do what they please, that sound like a good system?
(not disputing the good that Twig does, just think the legal system has a place and is enforced for a reason)
