Mate I got them started in July 2022, some 12 hour shifts during the week. No complaints from me I wanted too & I’m sure that was evident in my work ethic. They’re where they are now since I showed them how to operate it, best time I’ve had in my career. I had a whole chip on my shoulder. Unless all I worked with have moved on, they know where I am. There’s also highly skilled ops down the road they can get. I highlighted the most important factors to maximise production, utilise less to get there & multitask the production.
Would love to be back there but no hopes on a return much like the investment.
