The problem is when chairmans and MDs have a significant amount of holdings then they tend to treat it like their own private companies rather than ASX listed companies. I see this problem all throughout the ASX. It can be an advantage with the top dogs owning a lot of shares but when they have little to no experience of running ASX listed companies successfully then the company tends to be treated like a private entity.
Do I believe the company is severely undervalued? Yes definitely
As the saying goes, every dog has it's day.
