They also need to manage the business risk and have confirmed Offtake Agreements (Sales announcements), as well as many other things mentioned in previous posts (e.g. NT Approval of MMP, Shareholder/Government approval of CR for Hebang, etc, etc......).
Until these occur, the SP will continue to remain around the 0.7-0.8 CENTS level. Patience is essential here, or move onto Gold/Copper Stocks as they enter the Huge Bull Market phase with lots of M&A coming.
