Yeah agree also - just the way options work. I'd be surprised (and slighly uneasy) if there was not a confirmed farm-in (or similar contract of arrangement, etc) communicated by August 2025. As per recent quartarly, the market has been informed "Strong industry interest received in pel 87 farmin opportunity from a combination fo supermajors, large independents and national oil companies" - so i'd like to think sooner rather than later given the communicated/percieved interest in the license. In saying that, we know O&G sector is notoriously slow moving; so time will tell. The Basin appears to have hit a bit of a lull period for now, so patience I suspect.
