Cafe's and resturants do not have similar standards at all. If the issue was health the standards would be much higher for cafe's and resturants because they are higher risk than butchers, people eat the stuff cafes and resturants dish up straight away, they don't have to cook it first, the cooking kills most bacteria.

Incidentally as long as we have what is basically a communistic government and the increasing lack of free speech it does not matter what we say Australia will not be on the friends list for the USA
