And this thread is supposed to be about the fact that at least one bad conversation occurred between a shareholder and a board member at the event.
The question of whether someone on the board should have intervened to correct the situation is easy to answer.
No, no one was allowed to intervene because it would have led to more unprofessionalism.
Ultimately, it only amounted to one instance of misconduct.
We can hope that there was a clear discussion among the board members afterward.
