Ok so Kingy here is the point, the amount of GHG coming out of the ocean is not known.
Now also add to that for you to also think about, is that its a fair bet, that the fluctuations that are generated out of the oceans would be far greater year on year than all of mans GHG generation. Just the fluctuations. (Lots more)

Now that means the 3% that man generates is a fair amount less, than 3%.

I am thinking mans GHG will be hard pushed to be 1%.
