re: why not a take over - sabretoothed HWT holds a stake in WEB, so I think it would be difficult for someone to take it over.
TVL has no partner at present. Look at the figures when TVL reports on Feb 20th, I wonder how different they are? WEB has broker support at present, TVL doesn't you can really see the difference ;)
There have been a lot of t/os in the online industry recently. Maybe HWT is taking a full stake in WEB? But the situation is now like VBA, ie would HWT really want the price to run if they wanted more?
