Ok, what you need to understand is 20nm becomes a product. Couple that with our memory characteristics and you now have a product that delivers a solution. Just like Infineon recognised the potential at 60nm, Interest will accelerate as the industry realises we’re addressing a critical bottleneck that existing memory cannot overcome.

You might think we are years away with continued development work, but ask yourself this: can the industry sit idly by while we have a commercial ready product? Will they allow a competitor work on 4DS Memory while they continue working on DRAM and HBM that will go nowhere?

Our key milestones have already been achieved:
- Western Digital development activity completed (Scaled Memory Cell from 850nm, 250nm, 50nm to 40nm)
- Stanford research and development completed
- Fully functional megabit array demonstrated (PL4 exceeded expectations)
- imec collaboration finalised, no further validation lots needed
- Advanced Memory Node of 20nm (To be announced in a few weeks), (Commercial Readiness Achieved)
- Ting’s work handed over to Infineon (8 Senior Engineers)

Infineon to tape out a custom design specifically for our Area-Based Technology (in progress).
And while that moves forward, nothing is to say a strategic acquisition cannot be triggered at any moment.
