i'll be honest, i've had you on ignore for more years than i can remember, i'm saying this without any disrespect. i'm sure you would agree that it's a "good call".

anyway lets get back to your comments..

i keep a running sheet(excel spreadsheet) on "all the stocks i buy, sell & hold, thus i know with one click how i'm traveling. i also keep a running sheet (excel spreadsheet) on all the stocks i post on hotcopper, this includes the price at the time of posting, any high/low from the date posted too current price.

i welcome you or anyone else if they can be bothered, go through and check my posts. make sure you do the research and find the first post made on a stock (not some mid or late price). so this will mean some serious reseach.

basically i know what my success rate is because i've got it at my finger tips via top class spreadsheet, but i'm not one to carry on about my success, all i will say is "most would be green with envy".

anyway we'll probably chat again be it many years from now.

To be honest though, I don't see the point of such a post...if one posts on hundreds of "potential runners" every time they move 20% or so, then they are bound to eventually get the odd one right for a continuation rally.

If you are going to follow up on the ones that run like this, I assume as a sort of "validation" on the original post, perhaps you should also follow up on some of your similar "heads up" calls on stocks that did not move higer after your post...to ensure balance?

It might provide for an interesting insight.

By the way, given you obviously liked AGU based on the chart, did you include her in your tips for the month...if so, it would have been a brave call; as you would have been selecting a stock that had just had a major rally, and was looking very toppy on the charts, especially in light of the markets reaction to the delay in the expected date for the resource estimate.
