I got 3 of my beaten down comps back on track as slowly the sales figures improve. All went through the same cycle as IPD did / does. First huge expectations, then crashing back to Earth as the 4Cs provided a reality check, then verbally stoning management. But when the chiefs actually do the right thing then the sun will shine again.
I will continue to buy more in 100k parcels. At some stage either total collapse or a huge windfall.
As mentioned before, worst case scenario is fighting over a Park Bench in Palm Cove / North QLD.
