The only thoughts I have and I have previously posted on this is, if WGX was thinking of a takeover, you would think they would move prior to NMG accepting any tenders for mining, cartage etc. The reason being they have all this equipment.
But… if they were tendering for this, and win it stands to reason they could wait, cash in on extra cash for the mining and cartage as well as their share of gold and dividends.
