My 2 cents worth, management are certainly not working for us,

DCM have no reason to want a share price increase at this stage and they have the perfect tool the LJ deal to keep this from occurring. They are funding the company and any debt RCP accumulates is converted to shares after shareholder approval of course which has no way of being rejected with the result being an increase in DCM percentage holding of RCP. The LJ deal which expires Nov 2011 I believe allows this strategy to be played out perfectly for DCM while at the same time under the veil of being the white knight.

This strategy which DCM have certainly orchestrated and initiated when signing the LJ deal will drag on until they have achieved their objective of a very high percentage ownership of RCP. By year end RCP will probably owe around $3M to $4M to DCM which will most likely be converted to shares as per previous conversions. This will possibly secure upward of 70 percent ownership of RCP. Interesting how RCP blamed super tax, GFC etc for lack of funding opportunities from getting into production, doesnt seem to me that DCM have a lack of funds, the time was not right. I have no doubt they will fund the initial capital outlay if suitable finance options are not available to commence mining.

Once DCM have got enough of RCP that is if they dont make a play for the whole company we might see RCP accelerate toward production, becoming cash flow positive and very, very likely a rising share price.

In short the remaining shareholders are being stooged by current management, who are not working for our interests but DCMs. We have no chance of the RCP price increasing in the short term until the DCM accumulation process ends and their interests align with the remaining shareholders. When this occurs we will all stop getting the usually spin from the company and progress will be made rapidly toward production.
