I didn't have the Funding arrangement in front of me for the above post - however, as the loans are short term loans / convertible notes - i believe their excercise date is 1 yr from AGM / meeting when funding was ratified.
So you have a valid point - but bcd have a year to work on profitability improvement before the loans are converted to shares, and subsequent effect on MC.
