L1 Capital owned 90M shares, the notice was for 37M shares. I would assume this tranche brings them below the substantial holding threshold so the remaining sale of shares will not be disclosed. I would assume last Friday and yesterday’s dump was L1 also. Yesterday saw more buying competition which kept the stock price stabilised. It looks like L1 lost 70c for every dollar they spent over the last 12mths.
