AP has said if he only releases 1m, investors will cap our value at that, and discredit any further upside.
My view, is that if he's really clear with an annoucement and suggests there's another 50% upside in the ground upon release of the 1m, that would spark even further investor buy in as they also get further potential upside and not a capped investment. But hey what the heck do I know! I just sit in a West Perth office in a completely different industry!
