Just a few brokers out at the pub having a drink and a journalist in ear shot of the conversation. Then the journalist does some homework to see WGX already has a controlling stake in NMG. He/she betting and trying to be the first journalist to put it out there so when it does happen he/she can be the first person to say it was me to get the credit for it. That's Journalism for you.

Alex Passmore with the announcement to the market is sending a clear message to WGX to say we are not for sale unless in his mind unless I am walking out of this deal with $80-$100million in my back pocket. Alex fully aware of what a dividend will do to NMG share price and knowing the GOLD High Grades coming out of the ground who in there right mind would be selling now?
I am sure we will see more speculation in the papers as to not IF but WHEN does WGX do a T/O? And you can bet you bottom dollar WGX will be pushing NMG to do a share consolidation before they look at doing a T/O if that's they way they go. Also NMG needs to be over a minimum of 1,000,000 GOLD reserves before they would look at this in my opinion anyway. All the above could certainly happen with a couple of years. Next two-three years is all positive for GOLD and GOLD shares.

The word is slowly getting out on NMG very HIGH GOLD GRADES which is all good publicity and will continue over the next few years in my opinion which in turn is very good for anyone holding NMG shares..

considering the spectrum of opinions holders representation here and the fact that there are sellers at the current price

the WGX may come with say 3c offer just to end up with 30% to 40% holding and no insult to the remaining holder.

Then very fruitful partnership moving forward
