KoBold Makes Offer for Congo Lithium as Country Courts US, page-2104

So I have a question, sorry if it is a stupid one.
I would think that at the most we would get 78 cents which is what AVZ was worth when it went into a trading holt. And I thought that would be the outcome we would be praying for as we are most likely to only get a fraction of that.
So I see a lot of you throwing out some really good prices that we will get reimbursed which I would love but wondering how you come up with these high valuations that AVZ has never reached before.
I am sorry if I sound like I am trying to drag this down as I aren't, I am just wondering what am I not seeing.
