This is all about tesla having a options. They definitly don't want to cancel the agreement. It's all timing. And to some extent it may limit SYR from committing to others.
not great but not unexpected as well hence share price stable. I still believe gradual decline in shorts and slow price rises to a compleing event whatever that is..
