Difference with usual placement is this was done weeks ago
Existing holders and those close to the broker would have got the best allocations and were most likely holders so they have probably sold what they ended up having.
Ie had 10 mill shares
Bid another 10 mill sold on market 10 mill at 0.007/008 and have reloaded at 0055, very common move and why lots of placement sell of straight after raising
