If 4DS Memory were just another “me-too” memory solution, I’d agree with your view on valuation. But we’re not. 4DS is redefining what memory can do, in other words, reinventing memory computation itself. This is not incremental innovation, it’s revolutionary / market disruptive technology that is worth far more than a $2 billion USD.
On the path to commercialisation, our objective is clear, demonstrate that the technology is production ready. We’ve already proven that 4DS’ interface switching ReRAM is fully compatible with state-of-the-art, high-volume DRAM and NAND manufacturing processes. Our memory cells are also proven to be compatible with any advanced CMOS logic process, using existing standard equipment (no retooling required). Importantly, we’ve demonstrated scalability and core characteristics (exceeding expectations) through a fully functional megabit memory array manufactured at imec’s advanced 300mm cleanroom in a production like fab.
We are just weeks away from a major milestone, announcing a fully functional 20nm memory array (commercial grade node). I cannot overstate how significant this is for the industry. Soon, everyone will understand.
