Little I think you are focussing on the graphite concentrate and not the final product!!!
I believe there has been no offtake agreements as yet because RNU are not selling a graphite concentrate as an end product, the end product is Pure Spherical Graphite.
Once the demo plant has proved that RNU can produce PSG to the appropriate specifications then I would think that the likes of POSCO and such will certainly be wanting a binding offtake agreement.
Whilst the share price may have a run up to the start of the demo plant operating, the real catalyst for the company financials will be proof of an acceptable product.
Producing the graphite concentrate is really a no brainer in Australia where there is an abundance of knowledge and resources to enable that.
Downstreaming that concentrate into PSG, whilst a first in Australia, will also have the resources and knowledge at hand to produce and refine it to the required standard. Its possible that one of our current MOU suiters would be willing to JV into that production.
Hold on to your shares, it has a little way to go but the potential is huge.
