It's all fine Ninja. In answer to your question, Contractor fleet using public rd doesn't pay fee, but woiuld if they put it on Haul rd. Contractor fleet isn't counted in haul rd violumes. At present doing 29 m t pa, the contractors doing 65 trucks at 2.7 cycles per day = 6.4 m tonnes per annum, so the trick fleet doing 23 m tonnes pa. If they don't get to 24.5 by July, they just have to pay the difference. But i think they'll be easily there given already doing 23 m t, fleet is growing and haul rd improving all the time. Nothing to worry about. I'm relaxed and getting and having a spa sipping champagne as i watch min rise today.
