From a technical perspective the rise in PEN's SP seems inexorable. It broke out brilliantly from a Bollinger 'squeeze' on the 15th of October last year, closing at 4.4 cents ... and hasn't been back. The OBV continues to be positive, as do the usual TA suspects - MA and MACD.
As to where it's going to wind up over the next month or so? - I've no idea, except for the fact that more than 600 people want to buy the stock - twice the number of sellers. Good numbers!
The FA bods will have to continue to advise on this one.
