He will sell his shares, Beach. He's already offloaded a third of them due to what I can only think is liquidity issues.
If he needs to sell that much now, he can easily find himself NEEDING (not wanting) to sell a whole lot more in the future. The T40-50 will happily absorb that.
The money he is to make is not in shares, brother. It's in the GPA. That's the steak on the plate. The shares are just the mustard on the side.
