Retail offer was very poorly subscribed.
Two major shareholders are just Jose Manzano ( different holdings) - don’t think he was expecting to underwrite so much.
they have raised $1 million but shortfall is nearly 2million.
even if he puts that in the 50% still does not control the company and still leaving the jokers to squander the cash. Better for him to take whole operations IMO
