I note the Nimby's raised another $250 towards their campaign in May and now have 16 donors. They may be finding it difficult to attract donors without any meaningful arguments against a mine, other than there may be some living close enough to notice an increase in traffic and distant noise when the mine is operational.
Looks like it will be full speed ahead when the fast track application goes in, its hard to imagine it could go any other way without any real opposition.
