I'm trying to find the article but i read today QLD gov also looking to invest in additional gas transmission infrastructure to better connect supply to where it's needed. Would be a long shot but connecting MGP to the east coast network would be great. i wonder if the company is lobbying for that pipeline connection they have mentioned.
