@Emu – Again with the “pumping” narrative? Come on mate — when the price collapsed from 3.3c to 1c, there was no ASX query. So why would a modest recovery on low volume and a tightly held register suddenly warrant one now?

The only real “event” was when a few holders dumped at once, which dragged the SP down sharply. But that volume was quickly absorbed by serious hands — most of it ending up with the top 20 shareholders. That’s not pumping — that’s consolidation, and it’s been reflected in the tighter register ever since.

We’re now looking at a thinly traded stock with a genuine catalyst on the table:

• CMD has an active USD $275M+ arbitration claim that’s already passed jurisdiction and is now in quantum assessment under the Hague Court of International Arbitration.
• They’ve engaged Emmanuel Quinn, a globally respected litigation firm.
• The claim is based on $2,300 gold, and with gold now over $3,300, the potential quantum only grows.
• The company has no debt, no bloated cap table, and a board with real skin in the game — they’re in the top 20 holders themselves.

So no, this isn’t a “pump” — it’s what happens when a grossly oversold microcap finally gets noticed for the real upside it’s sitting on.

And if an ASX query does come, because of your constant complaints to the ASX, CMD will respond as always — clearly and professionally. Until then, maybe let’s not manufacture smoke where there’s no fire.
