This is interesting, and obviously important as Rob had a strong attempt to bury it with his usual Guff.
It is made even more interesting with last week's news that some poor soul had converted Debt into shares thus losing the right to be a creditor in any final carve up, I bet he is wondering what is going on!
The simple fact is that should / when a Company becomes insolvent, any Creditors get to divvy up any assets between themselves; Shareholders very rarely end up with anything. So why would a Companie's Management be so keen to clear their books of Debtors, yet take on Debt themselves?
I just hope that the UK Government and/or the Professors have a lien over the IP that they have funded.
