Now, years later, jurisdictional risk is about to be eliminated by the US-DRC minerals for security deal. You can argue against it all you like, but it’s a fact - the Don will be looking over Felix’s shoulder every day of the week once the US gazillions start pouring into the DRC. Jurisdictional risk is gone.

So jurisdictional risk eliminated, & even ignoring all the other up factors such as future lithium demand boom, US vs China battle over critical minerals etc, & even factoring in a hefty discount for the US’s/Kobold’s impeccably-timed most-welcome intervention, holders have every right to be disappointed with anything short of all-time highs.
