Taurisk, I guess you missed the intent of my post.
ie. the failure of multiculturalism
the simple fact that it is difficult to complain about a service received from a person of a different culture without being accused of racism is a prime example.
the fact that I mention her skin colour and inability to communicate in the english language in England although her job description must obviously demand that she speak english, merely helps the reader to undersatnd that,yes, she comes from a different culture.
So, for your benefit, having now laboriously established that she comes from a different culture, once again, we find it amazing that skin colour can be the determining factor on whether one can criticise anothers ability to perform their duties or not.
