you are right chihawk. Companies with less shares in issue are totally manipulable. REE etf s or funds like the ones of Banque Cantonale Vadoise or Market Vectors are responsible of this flow.
Whenever these companies like Avalon will start their execution plan to come into production, shares in issue will be huge and will dilute their base of capital.
This phase for LYC is gone. Rare Elements, Avalon and even Arafura (to reach a industrial production) and others have to come through it.
Experience investors are demanding LYC too much. Facts after facts in order to support a decent quotation.
But the rest of companies are flying fashionable up. Blow for most of them may be monumental.
Lynas will be backed up thanks to its intrinsec value once it comes into production. Fully capitalised, 0 debt.
