Can you please clarify why my post in reply to this post was deemed "inappropriate"?

I said it was "false and misleading", this is true.

Specifically:-

current precarious situation MMR finds it self in under PDF compliance - this is false, the company has stated in it's statutory reporting that it is compliant. The company is not in a precarious situation, to suggest so is false and misleading.

having to cap raise to fund a compliant project - as the company is compliant, such a raise is not necessary, and therefore this post by extension is also false and misleading.

a PDF is useless without a tangible project, in fact a PDF becomes a SP anchor without a tangible project - there is no reference to the words "tangible project" in the PDF Act. Again, this post is false and misleading.

I said "this poster is an habitual liar", this is true.

Specifically:-
The poster posted the PDF Act in support of his false accusation and the poster has been made aware that there is no such term as "tangible project" in the Act.
The poster has been made aware he is conflating pre-requisites to listing (wich clearly the company has already met) with "compliance". His errors have been explained to him but he continues to post false and misleading information.
This is not the only occurrence of such behaviour, he has posted this same false and misleading information up to 40 times a day over the last 6 months.
Given that he is knowingly, repeatedly, posts false and misleading information, the description of "habitual liar" is both accurate and completely appropriate.
If the poster feigns offence, it is the poster who needs to reflect on the type content that he posts to the forum.
