ok, correction. Its not Greentech - which, happily, is still listed. It was Redflow RFX, a battery tech company that is currently "suspended." "Despite govenment support and a large-scale project with Stanwell Corperation, Redflow could not attract the neccessay investment to continue operations," according to Startupdaily.net. Look, I'm not suggesting this is IXRs future, or that all the parallels are similar... but there are certainly commonalities that bear further consideration going forward.
