Yes, EMG is the backstop. The best outcome is if CRN management can secure new funding or get another waiver. If they can’t you hope that the board can turn to EMG as the majority shareholder to bailout the company.
The news articles say EMG is ‘cashed up’, but I don’t know what that means and how much.
