Well whoever that someone is im sure they are the same someone who held it back the first time around and are doing so for their own advantage ( wants to buy more / company who wants to buy out for cheaper maybe). Trumps tarriff knockback and the chance of 202 results in the next month might be causing a stir but thats about it i reckon
