    well, gosh


    and the 'cost' of transmission lines going up in the last 2 years -------- ie. private industry projects --

    well, - yet again, we see industry in Australia having dreadful over runs on estimates -

    oddly enough - Australian and global projects almost always run WAY WAY WAY over budget -

    and, sorry about this - it's got ZIP to do with Albo - and all to do with very very very very poor estimating and atrocious pricing systems for winning contracts
