All I'm saying is Nigel, from AVZ side of the equation, is happy to accept USD259.25M for 30.5% as of Jan 8 2025.

Why do people think its going to suddenly be worth more than that? The US aren't going to sort all the sovereign risk and also pay a premium.

When AVZ halted trading it had a market cap of ~AUD2.7B. The lithium price was much much much higher too. So lets say a AUD1.5B price is in the ball park; its way off the dollars people are talking about.

All I'm saying is a bit of a reality check is needed so people aren't too disappointed if/when an offer arrives.
