Hi Razsta,
The price of any option is directly related to the volatility in the underlying stock. If a stock goes no where the options will be worth very little, but if a stock goes up and down 50-60% in a short time the option market prices that in as having a good chance of happening again and so the options are worth more even though the share price is lower. The first thing an option trader looks at is the Volatility.
