So, 9 million shares exactly, that sounds hugely strategic. Just doing some lower level research shows they have no track record of completing a hostile takeover (what this would be if they do try) moreover, it's highly likely they are purely in it for the huge gains.
With the low volume we've seen over the past 12 months, I would hazard a guess that they've been able to keep (manipulate) the SP exactly where they want it to accumulate.
IMO, this has just become even more of a coiled spring than it already was. Some key milestones on the horizon, time to top up.
