I really appreciated your open and honest post about your investment and yourself
I used to have AVL when vanadium was front runner. I still strongly believe VFB is one of best solutions for energy storage. You have several good investments and your expectation from your investment much more realistic.
As technical person, I tried to invest based on technicality of the stocks, but it not always rewards me financially.
