Salaries, consulting fees, super, cash bonus', everything, for the 5 directors all combined. Total expenses of the whole company last year was around $7M. Which means a bit over 4% of what was spent, went to the directors. While you may consider the directors fees as the most important capital expense, it's a long way from the biggest expense the company has.
