The bounce trade from the new low has been pretty reliable all year - too bad a similar rally only puts IMU at ~2c.

I did.
The only way for IMU to keep their head above water longer term is to out-license Azer-Cel... They're not going to get too much for it and they'd have to forfeit most of the upside. Precarious position.
