You might be right on the Maintenance work. AIRLIE spent an extend period in port presumably loading and then went directly to mooring instead of heading out to the carriers to unload. Wind is currently showing 22kt where the carriers are moored. Not sure what the transhippers are designed to handle but I'm hoping they can work in 20kts of wind otherwise there are going to be a lot of down days for weather..
