Good question.
I had a quick glimpse at this last night and ofcourse BPH was suspended when the Scomo court case outcome was announced.
I would also point out that the "win" took the market by surprise, but not those that had taken the time to do their research
Given BPH and MMR are not currently suspended, I expect that David would need to call for a TH once he agrees to any mediated solution. That would be the appropriate thing to do to ensure an orderly market, and why people (non-holders) will NOT get any warning.
